Overview

This big, clean, well lit Irish bar has one of the best pints of Guinness in the city. A good place for big groups, for watching the footie or rugby, or just to just relax with a friend and play a game of Jenga.

Give it 25 years or so to acquire the distressed patina it needs, and Lunasa will live up to the traditional Irish pub aesthetic to which it aspires.

Named for an ancient Celtic festival, this nouveau Irish pub pours the past into the present.

jenga with rugby players?
saturday avos during the right season this place gets packed with sweaty muscular men. also an important insight: the bar is stocked with jenga. If youre lucky youll grab the box where the pieces have been written on -who could have done that?!? :)- and be in for "truth or dare jenga". Be careful, you may find yourself having to "proposition a stranger" or "share a secret insecurity"
